Ang Cooking Oil Na Ginagamit Mo Ay Maaring Toxic. Best Cooking Oil: Coconut Oil
Mag ingat sa ginagamit mong cooking oil. Napakaraming toxins na maaaring manggaling dyan na cancerous, directly causes heart disease, inflammation, insulin resistance, etc.
1️⃣. Trans Fat (TFA) (see 1st photo)
I ban na ito ng WHO sa 2024. Nakakalungkot lang na talamak ang paggamit nito since the 1950s. Millions of deaths could have been prevented if nof for the black propaganda against the healthy saturated oils like coconut oil.
Nuong 2015, kami mismo ang nag analyse ng mga cooking oils sa supermarket. Ang mga matataas na TFA: corn oil, soybean oil, canola oil, sunflower oil at palm oil.
Ang negligible ang TFA: coconut oil at extra virgin olive oil. Ang coconut oil na tinest namin ay yung refined (eg Minola, Baguio Oil, Spring, etc). Hindi kailangang VCO ang cooking oil nyo.
2️⃣. OMEGA 6 o PUFA oils - Hari ng Inflammation o Pamamaga. (see 2nd photo)
Ang highest sa Omega 6: corn oil, canola, soybean, sunflower oil.
Ang halos negligible sa Omega 6: taba ng baka (tallow), sunod ay coconut oil.
3️⃣. 4-HNE : Highly carcinogenic
Ang matindi, kapag ininit nyo ang mga PUFA Oils (corn oil, soybean oil, canola), gumagawa ng carcinogen na 4 hydroxy nonenal (4HNE). See 3rd photo.
Ang pinaka stable during cooking and frying: coconut oil
At pag ininit pa ang PUFA oils, mas gagawa pa ng MORE TFAs.
4️⃣. Best Cooking Oil: Coconut Oil
?Ito ang dahilan kung bakit ang best and healthiest cooking oil sa mga Cooking Oil Scorecards gaya ng kay Dr. Axe (see 4th photo) and Dr. Mercola (5th photo) ay coconut oil.
?Basta may init (heat), coconut oil ang the best. Ang Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) ay best used with no heat applied (because it is a monounsaturated oil or MUFA).
?Not to mention, coconut oil has the highest MCT (65% Medium Chain Triglycerides) which are very potent anti bacterial, anti viral (anti COVID sa test mismo ng DOST), anti inflammatory, boosts the immune to fight against pathogens, helps in fat loss, and boosts cognitive function.
?MCTs are also IMMEDIATELY CONVERTED INTO KETONES which are highly ANTI INFLAMMATORY.
In summary, ingat sa cooking oil. Para sigurado, coconut oil lang ang gamitin.

TFAs are created in PUFA oils because the refining process is done at high temperature of around 240 C. Since unstable sa heat, gumawa nyang TFA. At kung gamitin nyo pa ulit na panluto, mas darami pa ang TFA.
Beef fat has the lowest Omega 6 which is highly inflammatory! Next is coconut oil.
Toxic aldehydes are 4-hydroxynonenal. During heating the polyunsaturated fatty acids are oxodised into 4-HNE.
The more saturated the oil is, the more heat stable. Coconut oil is the most saturated at 95%.
Bakit ba nagka TFA? Dahil ang mga PUFA oils ay very unstable sa init, gumawa ang mga pabrika ng proseso na ang tawag ay "hydrogenation". Ang problema, gumawa din ng Trans Fatty Acids na highly toxic pala.
