PS. The requirements of presentation of Negative Result on RT-PCR or Antigen Test and Travel Authority/Order for SURIGAO DEL NORTE RESIDENTS who will go to Siargao through SEAPORTS is LIFTED, but subject to the THE GUIDELINES AND/OR HEALTH PROTOCOLS THAT MAY BE ISSUED BY THE MUNICIPALITY OF DESTINATION.
Stated differently, SURIGAO DEL NORTE RESIDENTS who will go to Siargao through seaports
shall present the following documents:
a. Surigao del Norte "E-Health Pass" {https://bit.ly/sdnehealth}
b. Valid Identification Card
c. Proof of Residency in Surigao del Norte (ID, Brgy. Certification, Mayor's Certification & similar documents)
d. Such other documents that may be required by the Municipality of destination w/c will be presented at the checkpoint of said municipality.
