To make garlic mayo from scratch, you will need the following ingredients:
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 egg yolks
1 cup of oil (canola or vegetable oil)
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar or lemon juice

In a food processor or blender, combine the minced garlic and egg yolks. Blend until the mixture becomes pale and thick.

Once all the oil has been added and the mayo has thickened, add in the white wine vinegar or lemon juice and pulse to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
