The lot is located at barrio Malinao, Lisob (near Pansukian resort ), 37 meters beachfront, 3640 square meters (about 37m x 100m), white sand beach planted with coconut trees. Water and electricity arrives to pansukian resort, so I guess we just have to apply to get a meter. Drinking water is available by deep well anywhere in the island. Two access roads, one in front one at the back of the land. The island is known as tourist destination for surfing, diving, fishing, white sand beaches for many years now and so far nothing tarnish the good reputation of Siargao island it's a very safe area, the president Arroyo went to visit the island few times. The population of General Luna is about 15,000 (2,500 households) with 14 beach resorts. Dapa have about the same population as General luna. Malinao is a small village. The lot is titled, free and clear.
